Ending the year Bummerly

When I think about 2008, and this may just be the hormones talking but I really can’t think of anything I’ve achieved, you know?

I remember Pitch, I remember pushing Sabrina on her birthday to do something she won’t forget for a long time. I definitely remember M.A.D.E (the Most Anti-Climactic Dinner Ever)… but that’s because it was last week.

Does this mean I didn’t do anything memorable this year? Probably. I just can’t help think how simple my life is now both in good and bad ways.

Like friends, I keep it simple. I’ve never been the type to have a gazillion friends and go and party with every single one of them. I’ve always been a staunch believer of the lesser friends you have the more love you can give them I suppose. Or maybe because I’m really geeky and no one understands me.

Sloth-wise it’s been very simple too you know, nothing dramatic this year but that’s good, obviously.

I just feel like I haven’t achieved anything this year. Hell, I haven’t even gone out of the country this year, you know?

You could say that I could take pleasure in all the small stuff. I mean yeah, I’ve discovered that I really want to be involved in art for the rest of my life and to discover what you really want is a luxury not most people get.

Frankly though, that’s the only thing I can remember achieving this year and I’m a bit bummed out.

So that’s me, ending the year on a reflective but slightly pointed downwards note.

I’ve found that i’ve been hunched over and feeling nausea and general dizziness due to the fun tag team factors of low blood pressure and stress.

Stress = Hating my job so much that if I had a choice, I would rather organise Pitch’08 again. Oh yes, that bad.

Oh did I tell you I have a weakness for drawing characters with huge boots? BOOTS, BOOTS YOU PERVS.

Punk, I think, is modeled after Dakin in History Boys in terms of cheekiness and that remarkable hair. Well actually it’s 99.9% hair.

Feet, Punk’s little brother will be coming soon but I have to find an actor or someone who I can model him after.

Punk is an original character from me and Saucy Sabrina.
